Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Custody/Visitation

Mother has had temporary custody of our children(4) and two children are failing school let alone 2 ran away twice from her, she obtained custody by lying its been over a year. I miss my children dearly, what do i need to do as far as filing a petition. Do i a file petition to modify custody or a petition of other. please the mother is in and out of jail and i feel is not responsible to care for our children. SINCERELY AT A DEAD END ROAD?
