My daughter and her boyfriend had a child together. They are now broken up. Is there any law we need to know about in Arizona on whether or not she can move out of state?

25-408 discusses relocation. However, recent Arizona law reflects that because there are no court orers in place yet, she is not obligated to seek his permission or provide him with notice. You should have her sit down and consult a lawyer regarding her options.
