my daughter is 13 and a half she has been livin with me for tha past month her mom wants her to go home but my daughter told her that she wants to live with me. her mother has legal custody of her what can i do to get a judge to allow my daughter to continue to live with me?

You must file a Petition to Modify. You cannot simply keep her. You need to allege a "significant and continuing change".
