Daughter wants to live with Dad

My daughter turned 12 in Feb. She and her sister 9 yrs old have stated over the past two years many times to myself and their mom they would prefeer to live with me. I am a good father. I do not drink smoke party. I currently have custody of my youngest daughter for 6 yrs from another women. I do alot of vacationing museums movies camping snow trips I like to spend quality time with my kids. Iwant to know what my chances are of winning custody of my girls? Their mother currently has established full custody about 8 yrs ago, and she does not take advantage of her time with the girls as I do. They live in a poor condition with bugs, no central cooling here in Az. only one a.c. unit in one bedroom. There are two more boys in the home and the children share bath water no showers aloud. Do I have any chance? Please help me rescue my kids!

Sounds to me like it's time to file a petition to modify custody and parenting time. THe law requires you to show there is a substantial and continuing change that warrants such a modification. THe burden will be on you and the wishes of the child is only 1 factor the court will consider.

If you are in Maricopa County, give my office a call and set up a consultation. We can walk through the details.
