Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My daughter was ordered by a judge to pay for paternity testing (order was TODAY). The test is to by done TOMORROW. There are no funds and this is not reasonable. Is there anything we can do to extend the date? Further, we'd like to consult an attorney as there are extenuating reasons for the denial of custody after this.

That does seem like an odd order. If you obtain the test as quickly as possible, and then explain the delay to the Court, you MAY be ok.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
