daughter going to run instead of going to court

what can i do to prevent my 24 yr. old from running to Texas with mexican drug dealers ,taking her 4 yr. old and not going to court on appointed day? She is on probation and I put my car up for her bond. She just stole my last 3 pieces of jewelry and her fathers 45 colt revolver.

THIS IS A CRIMINAL QUESTION. You should immediately contact the court where you posted the bond and if you used a Bail Bond company, talk to them also. Ask that the bond be revoked or that your interest be removed. Painful as this may be, your daughter could end up back in jail without being released.

GRANDDAUGHTER'S SAFETY which is an appropriate question for this section. You mention drugs, drug dealers, and a gun...these do not mix with a 4 year old child. If you beleive the child's wealfare is a risk, call DES immediately. You need to be sure the child is safe. Any of these actions could and will make your daughter the focus of police attention.
