Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My daughter is three years old. I have lived with her and the mother since she was a baby. The mother and I split up 10 months ago. we where living in phoenix az. The mother left with my daughter to Connecticut without saying anything. I have been going back to Connecticut once a month to visit my daughter but because I work I only get to go a weekend. I would like to bring my daughter out here to stay with me for a couple weeks at a time because of the distance. I have asked the mother and she tells me no. I have a room for her and stable conditions. I will pay all traveling expenses and I do pay child support. Will I get to bring her out here?

YOU NEED TO SEE US SOON, and file quickly. You are already at risk for jurisdictional issues (as to whether we can file in Arizona, or whether it must be filed in CT).
Without knowing more, I can only say that PARENTS ARE ENTITLED TO REASONABLE ACCESS. So, without a very good reason, Mom cannot restrict your reasonable access, which should include long-distance access.
