This is difficult to answer without additional information about the background. For example: Does your daughter reside in Arizona? Has paternity been legally established? Who is caring for your daughter now? How long have you been a part of her life? Do you believe it is in her best interests for you to become her primary caretaker?

If you can provide some additional information, I can probably give you more specific guidance about your options.
