Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My daughter�s birth-mother was not obligated to pay child support for as long as she had a low-income job. Now we found out that she has a very good paying job since March this year. No amount of child support was set in the divorce decree. She is lying about it and was hiding the increase of her income from me, and telling me that she is still financially strained. Yet, she can afford to buy a brand new vehicle amongst other quite expensive things. I hold residential custody of my daughter. When I take her back to court over child support can they order her to pay the amount she already owes the child since March?

If the current order is for zero child support, then she wouldn't owe anything since March - child support cannot be modified retroactively, so the only way to establish an ongoing obligation (from this point forward) would be to file an action to modify child support in the county where your divorce was granted.
