Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Hello my name is Dawnee and my parents are divorced and i am currently living with my mother and step father. My question to you is since i am 18 and planning on moving out how can i get childsupport directed to me? Yes i am in high school and my father was court ordered to child support until i finish high school he also pays the minimum amount of child support since my parents divorced when i was about 5. Once again my question is how do I {me the child} recieve the child support since i am planning on moving out and still in high school?

There isn't anything that you should have to do. The child support money should keep coming to your mother and she should forward it to you. I don't know that there is a way for it to come directly to you and bypass your mother.
