Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Dealing with a hiding custodial parent

2 days after the agreement was set in stone my ex had her phone number changed and moved. Now I have no way of contacting my child. In Arizona as a Joint custody noncustodial parent with no set visitation do I have the right to know where my child is living?

Re: Dealing with a hiding custodial parent

You absolutely have the right to know. You also have the right to request specific visitation, or potentially a modification due to Mother's actions.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
