Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Default hearing scheduled. I filed response. Is it to late?

I filed my response and it was late. I am required to give the judge and my spouses lawyer a copy. I would like to write the judge a apology letter with the response. Is that allowed? is there a process I must follow. Should I send wifes lawyer a copy of it?.
