Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Default hearing Scheduled. Is it to late?

I was wondering if there is any hope left for me and if I was wasting my time filing my response? My spouses attorney already filed for a Default and a hearing is set. I filed my response today it was past the 20 days I had to respond. I can't afford a big retainer fee to retain a lawyer. What can I do?

Get the response filed immediately, with copies to all parties,including the judge AND make sure you show up to the hearing if it is not vacated.
