Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I am currently in an on going dependency case with my children. I have a court date next week to determine if they can return home. I have had everything competed for some time now on my end. Part of my case includes dv. The father of my new born who WA living with me, but is not listed on the birth certificate and I do have distaste living situations as they asked for that. I was told by my casa that getting a protection order is the only way I will get them back.,i believe I am being bullied by then since I have told them that I do not feel he is a threat to me, they know nothing ever happened to my child, abd we have our own homes. I just recieved a letter from cps stating the services in ehich I needed to complete to have my children returned home and the only thing close to regarding it would be safe / stable home. Which I have my own home with only my name on the lease. So I am wondering if I have to get this order of protection when I don't feel its beggary.

Essentially when CPS recommends an Order of Protection, it is highly advisable to follow this directive, especially if you want your children to return to your home. I understand you do not feel it is necessary but it is important to show that you are ensuring the children are protected in your care.
