You should contact your child support caseworker or request that the Attorney General who handled the case contact you. You should, also, ask them about paternity because normally paternity is established first, then an order for child support is entered. Did dad voluntarily acknowledge paternity at the hospital or in writing with documents filed through the Hospital Paternity Program? Your caseworker or customer service rep. should be able to check on the computer for the information in you case.
