Self Determination
By Arizona State law, at what age can a child make self determination of which parent he/she wants to live with?

Under Arizona law, there is no magic age that allows a child to simply make his own choice (except 18, of course, when he becomes an adult).
Instead, the law requires that the Court "consider" the desires of the child in every case. Thus, as they get older, the more weight the Court usually puts into their desires. But, it is only one of many factors.
