when determining child support in pinal county do you factor in the step fathers income as well if ex is remarried with additional child from ex?

The child support guidelines are state-wide. Generally speaking, a step-parent's income is NOT included in the child support calculation, because only the natural or adoptive parents have a legal duty to support a child. If either parent has other (not common) natural or adopted (not step) children, the support of those children can be taken into consideration.
