Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
a developmentally disabled man who is divorced from his wife has 3 severely developmentally disabled children. the courts issued partial custody with the man. the problem is he does not have the means to support them on his own, he is living with his retired parents who are ailing and cannot have the stress in their lives because of medical conditions. what are the options for the retired parents, can they somehow not have the burden of these kids living with them for a week at a time. can the man petition the court for visits only at the mothers house or supervised visits.

If you allow your son to live with you, you basically are also allowing his children (your grandchildren) to live with you too, or at least spend time there on a part-time basis. If you don't want that scenario to continue, you would have to tell your son to move out.
