Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In my devorce decree, my ex was suppose to pay me three hundred dollars a month and is not doing so. What can I do to get a court order to follow thru with what he is suppose to do.

You would file a form called Petition or Motion to Enforce Decree of Dissolution. The court would then reaffirm the order, probably hold your ex in contempt of court and issue fines or other penalties as well as assess statutory interest until the amount overdue is paid in full.
