I have been devorced 10 years, never recieved cort ordered child support. He is working "under the table". He will be recieving a large inheritance from his parents. Is there any way to put a "Lein" on this to get the money that is owed to me??

No way to put a lien on it per se but there are things called garnishments of bank accounts IF you first get a judgment and then know where the account is located.
If he is Court ordered to pay, and has not, you could seek "Contempt", and he could be incarcerated until he pays. If the Court is made aware that he is entitiled to inheritance, then they could freeze that money pending payment. I filed that exact request, successfully, last year.
