Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

When I got divoced in 2005, my ex was to pay 1/2 of our son's medical bills and $1500.00 to me for bills he occured after our divorce. He is suppose to get 1/2 of 19 yrs of my 401K and retirement. How do I go about revocating this settlement that he gets 1/2 of my retirement and 401K?
