Divorce - Acceptance of Service, Respondent in Mexico

I've been separated from my wife for over 12 years. She lives in mexico and agrees to sign an acceptance of service. The maricopa county superior court only mentions acceptance of service outside AZ..not outside USA. Her signature is going to be signed by a mexico notary. Is this acceptable. Thank you

If she accepts service and validly signs in front of a notary, the court here will accept that.
