How to divorce in AZ, USA, if married in UK

I am a Brit living in Arizona. Me and my wife decided to have a divorce, she left for UK for almost a year now without replying to my letters so both of us can initiate the divorce, how do i go about it, she doesn't cooperate and im confused, can i file a divorce by publication in Pinal County, Arizona?

If you get her served, you won't need to publish. If you can't serve her, though, you'll need to publish not only in Pinal County but where you think she is residing. I've done this before several times and enjoy it thoroughly. I even know the cheap papers in Pinal County but I'd have to dig through the file in the last publication case I did there a few months back.
