Divorce in AZ

My wife was a co-owner with her cousin of annuties and bank accounts. Her cousin died and she received these proceeds. We have deposited them in a joint account. If we divorce is this money hers or community property split between us?

There is a good chance they will be deemed community property since they were "commingled" with joint funds.
