Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Divorce case involving a co-owned business
In my divorce settlement the judge awarded the business, a restuarant, as ''Sole and separate property'' to my ex-wife while putting a lien on said business to me for my investment interest. It was further ordered that she make satisfactory arrangments with me within 30 days to pay or make payments. She never made any arrangements with me. What actions might I be able to pursue to get the ex-wife to comply with the Decree?

Re: Divorce case involving a co-owned business
You can file a Motion to order her compliance, and seek sanctions for her non-compliance.
I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. There is too much to cover via e'mail (and I am not the greatest typist). We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.
Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Cathy to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
