Divorce name change

My ex-wife continues to use my last name, ''too much red tape'' , 2 years after the divorce retored her previous name. My family is livid, as she is trading on the goodwill of our family name. Do I have any recourse?

Sorry you don't...the name you gave her is the gift that keeps on giving so to speak. If she is doing something fraudulently I suppose you could let the police know.
