Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

divorce and custody

I was railroaded by a court in SC. and they gave my ex. custody of my two girls and I was charged with having a paramour although I was legally married at the time and for wrongfully removing my children from the state tho I had a noterized affidavit from my ex. to take them out of state. Now I am wonderin if the two bench warrants are on my record nation wide? I was charged in SC.

It appears from your question that all the events occured in SC, not Arizona. I suggest you re-submit the question to attorneys in SC. I would only be familiar with Arizona law, not SC. Good Luck
