Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Per the divorce decree between my husband and his ex-wife he is reponsible to pay 73% of the children's medical and dental expenses not covered by insurance. The children had braces put on and they were not covered by insurance. The mothers parents paid the costs and now the mother is suing my husband for the 73% payable to her even though she is not the one who paid it (about $10,000). Is this allowed or does she have to be the one who paid it for him to be responsible?

He is responsible for 73% regardless of who may have taken care of that bill in his "absence."
