Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My divorce decree includes spousal support that is terminable by my death, my ex-wife's death, or her remarriage. She is currently engaged, and I am wondering what the method will be to terminate the spousal support upon her marriage... is it handled automatically through the judicial system, or do I need to file paperwork to terminate the spousal support?

Yes you would need to file something but you should certainly talk with her as her wedding approaches because there is no reason why she should not sign somethng.

You will need to file either a stipulation or a petition, depending on whether she is willing to make it easy. We can offer you a flat fee to assist in an uncontested stipulation, or a reasonable retainer if she does not intend to assist.
