Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My divorce decree is vague in re: to visitation. States that travel is to be shared equally, timely, and cost effective. My ex says cost sharing means he buys a oneway ticket and I buy a one way ticket. The costs are not shared that way and I feel our daughter, 14, should be on a rtrip ticket. Ex won't work with me on this. two weeks to Christmas and no ticket on his end - I asked for him to produce a copy he said no. I need to write a motion to clarify visitation to judge. What should I include?

You've explained it pretty well in your question. There is no magic to writing a Request for Clarification. If you wanted, we could review such for you for 1/2 hour's time, and make suggestions.

If that interests you, please email me at [email protected].
