Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Divorce final, trying to get proceeds from house sale

My wife and I recently divorced. As part of the decree we agreed to sell the house, pay all outstanding bills, then split the remainder. The house sold 7 weeks ago yet her attorney has not submitted any info or bills to the escrow officer. I do not have an attorney and neither my wife nor her attorney will return my calls. What can I do to get this done?

We can absolutely help push the attorney to action for a nominal fee.

Otherwise, you should send the attorney letters weekly. Eventually, you could seek enforcement from the Court.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
