Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Divorce was finalized as of May 2010. Ex-wife still resides in the house I used to occupy. I have a VA loan under both of our names. I am the veteran. What can be done to force her to refinance the mortgage in her own name, remove my name off the mortgage or have her move out leaving the current VA loan to me?

Is refinancing part of the Court order? If so, you can file a enforcement proceedings. If refi language was in the order, you may need to seek a modification of your current orders.
