Can I find out for free online if I am

divorced or not?

If your divorce was granted in Maricopa County, you should be able to view the "docket" or list of documents online. Go to the following website:

http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/FamilyCourtCases/caseSearch.asp

Type in the name of either party (or the case number if you know it) and it should pull up a list of documents filed in your case. If you see something called a "Decree" (might be "Consent Decree," "Default Decree," "Judgment/Decree" or something similar), then that indicates that the court has filed your Decree and the divorce is final.
