The mere fact that there has been a report of domestic violence does not guarantee that you will have sole custody in Arizona. However, the court is obligated under ARS 25-403.03 to make a finding whether or not "significant domestic violence has occurred" and if it finds by a preponderance of the evidence that significant domestic violence has occurred than joint custody would be inapporpriate.
