Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

divorce help

my husband and i are getting divorced... we both are in agreement with everything, no property, no kids no spousal payments, nothing just a divorce...i filled the ''acceptance of service'' and i need to know what to do next...do i wait the 20 days and file a default? or do i wait 60 days and file consent papers? im very confused and i dont want to screw this up....any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are doing it via default then after 20 days an application for default gets filed. Otherwise, you need to draft a decree and once the 64 days pass from the date of the acceptance of service, you file the final documents.
