Can the husband put the house into his name on a lease and kick his wife out onto the street or have her evicted.

No, I don't believe so. Real property generally is considered jointly owned by husband and wife in Arizona, which is a community property state. That of course wouldn't keep someone from signing a lease without disclosing they are married. But here it appears you may be talking about a mortgaged or owned residential property, and husbands and wives both have to sign off on any changes in ownership. Best of luck!
