want divorce from Iranian national

I married an Iranian, in Iran, in 1983. No U.S. marriage--how do I divorce him in the U.S.? He is living in Colorado now.

You can initiate divorce proceedings in the United States. You may be able to initiate in Arizona. You definitely can initiate in Colorado. Please contact me if you desire further assistance.
