can i get a divorce with joint custody and live in the same house?

You could do this, but you'd want to make sure your divorce agreement is extremely specific regarding 1) what each of your responsibilities and rights are regarding the house and household obligations, and 2) what will happen logistically if/when you are no longer living in the same house. I certainly recommend you speak with an attorney to discuss your objectives as well as the benefits and detriments of thist ype of arrangement.

Yes. Nothing would prohibit you from being divorced and still living together.

BUT REMEMBER: the Divorce Decree will be REAL, and so all terms therein must be carefully considered and protected.
