Divorce Legalized; New Issues!

According to our ADR minutes and final divorce decree records, the ex owes me money to purchase a new vehicle by certain dates. He has not done so and it has been 7 days overdue. What recourse do I have? No attorney: can I file this on my own? Ex says I have no recourse. (of course)

You need to file a motion to enforce the decree. You can download a motion and instructions from the superior court website.
