I married someoun almost a year ago...I havn't seen him since October of last year. Can I get a divorce?

You absolutely can divorce and I would suggest you move forward the sooner the better for a few reasons. First, it is unknown what kind of debts he is creating without your knowledge that can subject you to more problems. Second, the longer you wait the harder it might be to locate him.
