Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am about to go thru a divorce. Is it okay if i move out of state with my child? I currently live in Arizona and my family lives in california.

ONCE YOU FILE, the child cannot leave the state unless the other parent agrees or the COurt allows. SO, if you go, it must be before. Even then, the other parent could seek a Court order requiring the child's return.

RELOCATION is a tough issue. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
