divorce, moving and grandparents rights
Long story short: husband and I moved to AZ 2 mos ago, Im not happy, lots of fighting. I want to move with my 3 kids to NM to be with my family...husbands mom says she will fight for custody and have me arrested if i leave. there is no divorce proceeds starting. can i leave and file in NM? and does grandma have a right to my kids?
