divorce

i needed to find out if husband abandoned me 7 yrs and ive tried locating him and hes no where to be found if im still legally married and if id still need to file for a divorce

Thank you for your inquiry. You are still legally married unless your spouse has died or a divorce has been granted. If neither of these things has already happened, you would need to file for divorce. If your spouse can't be located, you might be able to publish notice of the divorce instead of personally serving him.
