Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have seen several divorce options for $99 - $150. are they legit, and can I do it over the computer. I live in Texas, but my spouse is in Arizona. What would you recommend for a quick inexpensive divorce?

The filing fee alone in Arizona is $321. I would not know whether the paralegal's offers are legit.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
We have three attorneys. We charge $1,200.00 flat fee, plus the filing fee, for an unconetsted matter. That anticipates approximately 6 hours of work. I work at $250 per hour and thus the flat fee is discounted.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation

Let's be clear here. There are a lot of not so good services every where. The question is whether you want it done and done right. I suggest you call my office and I can assure that my paralegal can take care of it fairly cheaply. If you don't make very much, we can ensure you have the form to get your fee waived or deferred. My paralegal can usually take care of all documents(as long as this is truly uncontested) in about $800 (including the final decree that has to be signed by the judge). He is also a process server, which you will need as well. Give my office a call and speak to Tracy. I do review all pleadings he drafts.
Good luck.
