Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In a divorce where there is a primary custodial parent (but still technically joint custody) and the father pays monthly support, at what age can the child decide she no longer wants to abide by the court-ordered visitation and reside mostly (if not entirely) with the primary parent?

There is no age where a child simply gets to choose. BUT, the Judge is required to consider the child's desires. SO, the older and more mature a child is, the more weight their preference carries.

Perhaps more important though, are the reason WHY the child choosing one over another. THAT information can be valuable also.
