Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Divorce settlement agreement states no civil action taken by either party concerning marriage, and divorce. X has started a civil lidigation against me, should I take him to court for default?

I would need to know more. There can be advantages to pursuing him, and disadvantages. Without seeing the settlement agreement, it is difficult to provide specific advice.
