If a divorce has been signed off by a judge over a year ago can you reopen that case number?

Certain portions of your Decree are ALWAYS modifiable if things have changed (support, custody, parenting time). Reopening other issues is possible in some, but not all, circumstances (division of debt, property, spousal maintenance).
