divorce

my wife asked me for a divorce because she has a boyfriend. we have an 11 month old daughter. i found a place to live and her boyfriend moved in my house. now she is saying that she doesnt want a divorce but doesnt want to get back together with me. i take my state board exam for my lpn. i have one more year of school to get my rn. am i better off going thru with the divorce now? is she up to something that will benefit her by waiting? she threatens going for full custody because i work full time and go to school full time and have very little time right now

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered before I could really address your questions. How long of a marriage? What did she do before she had the baby? Is she working? and so on. I think you need to sit down with a lawyer and get educated before you make any decisions.
