Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Divorced in AZ for 5 years with joint custody. I now reside in CA. My 16 year old son wants to move to CA with me full time because of neglect from his Mother. What is necessary to accomplish this?

You will need to file a petition to modify the current orders. Asking that the Court interview your child may be of assistance due to the allegations of neglect. Of course there are many other steps you should be taking. You can look at the Maricopa County Court website for the forms necessary.
