Am I divorced if the case was on the inactive calendar and then, 4 months later a Judgement of Dismissal was filed?

You are not divorced unless the court enters a Decree of Dissolution. If your case was dismissed, you are not divorced and there is no case pending. You might be able to have the case reinstated; otherwise, you will have to re-file.
